Arkonik is opening an exciting new opportunity for a meticulous and adaptable Sales Administrator. This is a customer-facing role which will consist of aiding our clients from point of deposit through to specification lockdown, by offering support with regular communication, sending of sales packages and general sales administration.

Key Responsibilities
- Ordering and sending paint and leather samples to our clients
- Sending out Welcome Packs to new clients
- Updating Group performance board with weekly Sales figures
- Providing clients in our build program with monthly updates up until their vehicle commences production
- Updating and maintaining the master leads form and inputting new leads daily
- Compiling monthly and quarterly sales reports
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Acting as reception for the Sales department.
Ideal candidate
- Proven experience in sales administration or a similar role
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong knowledge of administrative record keeping
- Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of CRM programmes is an advantage
- Fast learner with a passion for automotive is preferred
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Own transport essential due to rural location.
