Jeffrey Jennings has long been a defining presence in the luxury automotive world. Bringing over 30 years of industry experience, and a connection with Arkonik that stretches back more than a decade, Jeff’s journey has come full circle. Now joining us as Global Sales & Marketing Director, he’s set to drive the next chapter of our growth.
It’s all about the journey
A lifelong petrolhead, Jeff’s passion for classic cars began long before his career, collecting, restoring and advising along the way. He started with BMW Group, where roles across Sales & Marketing, Product Development and Training took him from the US to Germany, the UK and back again. From there, he helped shape strategy and operations at Sonic Automotive before joining Jaguar Land Rover North America, where he led training and vehicle launches across the Americas, bringing to market 15 models, from Range Rover and Defender to the Jaguar F-Type and I-PACE.
History repeating
My relationship with Arkonik began over a decade ago…as a client. After purchasing two Defenders, (Indefatigable 110 below,) I quickly built a strong connection with the team, collaborating on product enhancements, launching a pre-owned sales channel, and helping establish the Charleston SVO operation alongside new Marketing and PR initiatives.
Following further roles with Volvo and Genesis, I made the decision to step away from OEM luxury, and officially joined Arkonik as Global Director of Sales & Marketing this February. The focus now: build on our strong Land Rover foundation, refine Charleston’s SVO operation, introduce a downtown showroom, expand our presence at key events, and elevate awareness of the exceptional vehicles we create.”
Downtime
Jeff still enjoys restoring and collecting his own vehicles, and more recently, time on the water aboard his 1966 Century Raven 22’ African Mahogany Cruiser. His passion for classic automobiles, boating and British motoring remains as strong as ever, blending business with pleasure every day, now shared with his fiancée, Kirsten.
