In less than a year, Chloe has become a vital link between our global HQ and our North American division in Charleston, SC. With a can-do attitude, a ready smile and a willingness to lend a hand wherever needed, she’s quickly become part of the fabric of Arkonik.
A tight ship
As our Operations Administrator, Chloe helps keep Arkonik running smoothly. From invoicing and employee records to recruitment, onboarding and everyday support, her role touches every part of the business.
I really enjoy being part of a team and working behind the scenes to support the whole company on both sides of the pond. No other job has given me such a broad range of tasks, and I feel valued and celebrated for who I am.”
Life before Arkonik
Chloe’s career has always centred on supporting others. A Business and Administration apprenticeship with a homelessness charity led to a Care Admin role in the probation service, followed by a position as a Cancer Pathway Navigator in the NHS.
Each experience has shaped the adaptability, compassion and practical skills she brings to Arkonik and our wider community.
Beyond the office
A keen baker, Chloe is already tipped by colleagues as a future Great British Bake Off finalist! Her sweet treats are a regular team favourite, while reading and trips to the gym keep her busy and inspired beyond the kitchen.
