It’s been a very productive couple of weeks with all of the team now back at Arkonik HQ. The familiar energy and life has returned once more. There’s a strong optimism amongst the team, all pleased to be back and doing what they do best – building world-class Land Rover Defenders.

COVID-19 represented an opportunity for this business, obviously a threat too but it has given us an opportunity to press pause and think deeply and at length about this business that has been steadily growing organically and manifestly over the last ten years. During the three months or so that we were closed, abeilt with a skeleton crew, we were able to take a long hard look at each of the individuals and the areas in which they were operating and we were able to improve upon their working experience, their day-to-day use of the premises and how they can behave efficiently to undertake their work and improve upon it.” Andy Hayes | Founder & MD
