As our business grows, so too does our storage requirement. This new shelter is constructed from a galvanised steel frame and heavy-duty PVC cover made by Shelter It, who design these structures for industrial use. As you may know, we retain and restore the engines and chassis from each donor vehicle we recover. Once donor vehicles are dismantled, this new area will be used as storage space for these parts, protected from the infamous British weather.
The shelter provides us with an over 350 square meters of extra covered floor space which will also give us room to temporarily store vehicles ready and waiting to enter the next stage in the production process. This means that departments can move onto the next job more quickly as vehicles pass between departments as required.
